Alpenglow’s Chapel Tour Comes to Town

Alpenglow is five piece indie folk /rock ensemble whose songs are composed of haunting melodies and lovely instrumentation and vocals.  Originally from Vermont, they recorded their first EP Solitude at a chapel in Middlebury.  This year, they recorded their second EP -Chapel and decided to do a New England  musical tour of chapels to celebrate this release.

Tomorrow night – yes on a Monday! –Alpenglow plays at the Sumner Knight Chapel in the Westlawn Cemetery at 7:00.  Brought to you by the Keene Music Festival, the Sumner Knight Chapel Series presents live, unplugged music to raises money to support the renovation of this little gem of a venue.  Suggested donation is $12.00; bring up to three canned goods and receive a discount of $1.00 / can.
