Cheshiremen Chorus Holiday Concert

Cheshiremen Chorus 2 If you are a fan of live Barbershop music, you are for a treat.  On December 13 the Cheshiremen Chorus present their Holiday Festival of Harmony concert at the United Church of Christ, Keene beginning at 4:00PM.  This annual concert showcases not only the full men’s chorus, directed by Jim Kirschner & Mark Brosseau, you can hear selections performed by their quartets Junction 135, Heart’s Accord, and PQ4.  In addition, the Grace Notes, a quartet from Bedford, NH will be their special guest.

The Cheshiremen Chorus will put you in a celebrating mood for the holidays. They clearly enjoy performing their music, and their enthusiasm is infectious.  The program includes a sing-along, and you are invited to join them after the show for light refreshments. Tickets are $10 at the door, and youth under 12 are free.  You can buy advance tickets for $8.00 at Keene Hannaford, Toadstool Bookshops in Keene and Peterborough, and at Your Kitchen Store.

Cheshiremen Quartet in concert

Formed in 1953, the Cheshiremen Chorus is part of Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America.  The Chorus meets weekly for rehearsals and fellowship and always welcome new members.
