Imagine a day of out-of-this-world music in a stunning outdoor venue, complete with great food and a beer garden, topped off by a spectacular fireworks display. And now imagine that, while you’re enjoying all of this, you’re honoring a special spirit by helping young children. Chris' Concert is an all-day music festival held in July to honor our dear friend Christine Patten, who died unexpectedly and much too young. Chris was a motorcycle enthusiast, gifted artist, creative cook, and adored by all who knew her. She was one of those people you couldn't help but love and admire. She was the type of person who would always put others first. Chris worked tirelessly for the rights of children and families, and you can help to continue her legacy.
All Chris’ Concert proceeds will be donated to The Grapevine Family & Community Resource Center in Antrim, NH. The Grapevine mission is to promote family and community health and well-being through education, support and the sharing of resources. A grassroots nonprofit, The Grapevine received the statewide Smith Award for "Excellence in Service to Families." A young single mom recently captured the essence of the organization when she said “The Grapevine is my heart. I know I have somewhere I can go for help for my children.” Visit www.grapevinenh.org and watch The Grapevine video to see for yourself what this unique organization is all about.
The 2013 Chris Concert was at Granite Gorge.
