If you are looking for live musical accompaniment for your New Year’s Eve festivities in the Monadnock region, here are three different options – reservations recommended!
Quiet Dining at Sunflowers
Nearing its tenth anniversary as an award-winning restaurant featuring local ingredients, Sunflowers Café offers artistically prepared meals in a cozy, warm setting. You can kick off your New Year’s Eve with a delicious dinner accompanied by Rick and the Redhead from 6:30– 9:00 PM. This duo plays a wide range of favorites, including jazz, pop, folk, and country, accompanied by guitar and keyboard.
Music and Dining at Fitzwilliam Inn
Fitzwilliam Inn reopened in 2013 with fine food and great local music. The Inn is welcoming the New Year with the return of Melanie and the Blue Shots. A twenty dollar cover gets you appetizers, midnight champagne toast, party favors, and great dancing music. The fun goes from 8:30 – 12:30. Make an evening of it and come for dinner.
Woodbound Inn Pulls Out All of the Stops
Once again the Woodbound Inn on Lake Contoocook in Rindge hosts its New Year’s Eve Gala. Buffet dinner with carving and dessert stations, champagne toast, fireworks, and entertainment by The Nines Band are all part of the package. Looking for a local getaway? The Woodbound Inn has room packages that include the Gala, accommodations, and New Year’s Day brunch.
