The Norway Pond Festival Singers is a community chorus founded in 2007 by Hancock residents Tricia Froling and Jody Hill Simpson, conductor. They offer three concerts a year. In December approximately 30 women perform holiday music for the the Hancock Family Christmas Concert and in June they perform a spring concert of varying themes. Their February concert includes men and often soloists and instrumentalists. Past concerts included major works such as Bernstein's Psalms, Faure's Requiem, Gilbert and Sullivan's Trial by Jury, and a work commissioned by Music on Norway Pond called The Police Log. Mary Ann Fleming is the accompanist and associate conductor.
